What is a Payroll Advance / Cash Advance?
A payroll advance is a small short-term loan that is great for unexpected expenses.
This loan program is quick and easy, approvals granted same day within 15
minutes. Payroll Advances help you to pay your bills on time.
How does a Payroll Advance / Cash Advance work?
You come into Your Exchange and write us a post-dated check that we hold for 14
days. In exchange for your check we give you the cash you need to advance. Then
when your next payday comes around, before the 14-day term, you bring us back the
money that you advanced plus the fee, then we give you your check back.
What do I need to bring with me to qualify for the Payroll Advance / Cash Advance:
- Last 2 Pay Stubs
- Government Photo ID
- Utility Bill in Your Name
- Bank Transactions (dated with today's date and going back 30 days)
- Checkbook (starter checks are not accepted)
- Direct Deposit is Required (in the account the check is drawn off of)
In order to qualify for a Payroll Advance, your approval is based upon your income for an
advance up to $200.00.
All cash advances are based upon your income level. As a new loan customer the maximum you may borrow is $200 if you meet all the requirements.
- All cash advances are due back on your next payday, within 14 days. There is a $5.00 administrative fee per advance and a finance charge as allowable under Minnesota Statute 47.60.
- A customer may only have 1 cash advance out at a time.
- Your Exchange Check Cashing reserves the right to deny such service and we will provide written notice to the customer for denial.
